  • Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025: 10:00AM – 12:00PM only  
  • Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025 – Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026: University closure, no virtual appointments or drop-ins. Availability for bona fide emergencies only     
  • Friday, Jan. 2, 2026: Front office closed
  • Monday, Jan. 5 – Thursday, Jan. 15: 10:00AM – 12:00PM, 1:00 – 3:00PM
  • Friday, Jan. 16, 2026: Front office closed for new international student orientation activities
  • Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026: Regular hours resume

*Staff will still be available for virtual appointments and virtual drop-ins unless otherwise noted.
