Bio:
Julian Luke is the OIA Administrative Officer and is also an alum of the University of California, Merced, with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science. Julian strongly believes it is crucial to participate in international education and experience cultures to be able to have a global perspective. In Spring 2016, he studied abroad at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey, through the UC Education Abroad Program (UCEAP) and has worked in higher education for over five years.
