For International Education Week, let's celebrate some of the global food diversity available on campus from meaningful recipes submitted by international students and world travelers to a sampling of dips from around the globe to the global and fusion flavors frequently present on campus every week sold via food trucks.

Whether you are an international student or scholar, a study abroad participant, a world traveler, or you have other global connections, we invite you to contribute.

UC Merced hosts a variety of food trucks often carrying food from an array of cultures or even foods born of a fusion between two cultures. If you have not tried some of these globally themed foods, we encourage you to be adventurous.
