Exploring Your Identity Abroad:
Path to Study Abroad or Away for Undocumented Students
Deciding where and when to study abroad or away can be a journey unto itself and for undocumented students that journey often starts with navigating multiple complex systems both within and outside of the university. This session embraces the idea that global learning is for everyone and that it is possible to remove the different barriers to participation for undocumented students through identifying your resources, engaging your support system, and finding a network of peers. Attend this session to consider the different paths to global learning you can pursue, hear from your peers who successfully navigated the advance parole process to study abroad, and learn about the different resources available to you as you get started!
